THE SETUP PROMPT

Set up a new agent named Support Autopilot to answer support tickets the way I would. Walk me through connecting Intercom, Slack and GitHub, then: read every incoming ticket, answer the ones you can resolve confidently using our docs and past replies, and escalate the hard ones to the right teammate in Slack with a one-line summary of what the customer needs and what you've already tried. When a ticket points to a real bug, open a GitHub issue linking the conversation. Learn how I respond over the first couple weeks, then run this continuously against the queue.
