THE SETUP PROMPT

Set up a new agent named Churn Spotter to catch high-value churn before it slips through support. Walk me through connecting Zendesk, Stripe and Slack, then: watch incoming refund and cancellation requests, cross-reference the account's contract value and tenure in Stripe, and immediately alert the account owner in Slack when a top-tier account is at risk, with the reason and the ticket link. Keep a running log of at-risk accounts and whether they were saved. Learn which accounts count as high-value from our billing data, then save it and run on every new refund request.
