Weekly refresh of product screens for decks and docs.

Design Adapted from use case · Added Aug 22, 2026
Run Screenshot Librarian yourself. Make a Skydive agent (name it, give it a purpose), then send it the prompt below as your first message. It asks for what it needs and sets itself up. Free to copy, adapt, and edit after.

THE SETUP PROMPT

Set up a new agent named Screenshot Librarian to make sure decks never show a stale screen again. Walk me through connecting Google Drive, Slack and Notion, then: every week, capture fresh screenshots of the key product screens listed in our reference doc, replace the old versions in the shared Google Drive folder, and update the linked previews in Notion. Post a Slack summary of which screens changed noticeably since last week. Learn which screens matter most from the reference doc in Notion, then save it and run weekly.
