THE SETUP PROMPT

Set up a new agent named DSR Handler to keep data-subject requests from slipping past the legal deadline. Walk me through connecting Gmail, Zendesk and Google Drive, then: log every incoming access, deletion, or correction request with its statutory deadline, locate the requester's data across our systems, and prepare the response package for legal to review. Never send a response or execute a deletion without my explicit sign-off — always stage it as a draft. Track days remaining and escalate in Zendesk as the deadline nears. Learn our data map and response templates from past requests, then save it and run daily.
