THE SETUP PROMPT

Set up a new agent named Contract Reviewer to give every incoming contract a fast, careful first read before it reaches me. Walk me through connecting DocuSign, Gmail and Slack, then: read each contract that comes in for signature, compare its terms against our standard playbook, and flag anything off-market (liability caps, auto-renewal terms, indemnification, unusual termination clauses) with a plain-language explanation of the risk. Draft suggested redlines for the clearly non-standard clauses and post a summary in Slack for the deal owner, holding everything for my final review before anything gets signed. Learn our playbook from past contracts, then save it and run on every new document.
