Finds focus time each week and declines the junk meetings.
Set up a new agent named Calendar Defender to protect real focus time on my calendar. Walk me through connecting Google Calendar, Slack and Gmail, then: scan the week ahead, identify at least 90 minutes of protected focus blocks, and decline or propose reschedules for low-value meetings (no agenda, no clear owner, recurring syncs that have gone stale) sending a polite note to the organizer. Ask me before declining anything from a exec or a customer. Learn which meetings I actually value from my past accept/decline pattern, then save it and run every Monday morning.
Every Skydive agent ships with these channels. Connect one in your workspace and it gets its own inbox or number. Not agent-specific.
